Welcome to my blog
Hola Online world, this is my first weekly blog. I’m new to this blogging game. Coming into this world late when the trend has been and gone. However I’ve come to a time in my life where I want to turn to the internet to get my emotions and thoughts out. In this first blog and the next couple of ones I will be building up a background of me and my ideas for this blog. So be patient as it will be a slow start until the content becomes consistent and on the topics i feel passionate about.
To start with I would love to tell you all why I have created this blog.
I use to know what I wanted to do with my life yes I’m 18 years of age and I believed I knew exactly what I wanted and most 18 year olds are pushed to believe we have our lives together when we are sent off to university and start a degree. I was one of those girls who knew my career path I had planned it out since I was a little girl pleading my mother to go to drama school. I enrolled onto
a BA Hons musical theatre degree. It was my dream it was what I had been working towards. Soon I came to see my dreams was just a dream. The industry is a lot harder then I ever thought I knew it was hard but it challenged me in ways I never expected. Now I need to rethink and evaluate my career path so I have taken a year out of education. A year for myself.
I want to explore career opportunities and what I want to study at university next year. I’ve been interested and intrigued by Law for a few years now yet I have never thought I was smart enough to study it. I do have the grades to study a law course next year and I am researching and learning and reading about Law to see if I want to study it. I am also looking into multimedia journalism and that’s the main reason I’ve started this blog to see if I am any good at writing.
This blog is going to be a place where I can let my feelings and opinions out. I also think it will help with my journey this year of finding myself. My gap year wasn’t planned and I have no idea what I’m going to do with this year free that was unexpected but I am excited to see the opportunity and new experiences I can have.
At the moment I have no stable job and little money income. Travelling is something I am interested in doing this year however I know I need to save up. Recently I have just been letting lose and going on many nights out with the rest of my student loan. Nights out can be fun and a good way to let lose however it’s not what I want to do with my time for the whole year and I need to become focus and motivated and that starts with this blog.
